The same acts committed with respect to a customs declaration, a document certifying payment of a tax or any other especially important official document, or where this caused great damage to the interests of the State shall be punished by imprisonment from three to six years or by a fine with the deprivation of the right to hold a certain position, to work in a certain job or to engage in certain activities for up to five years.

Los mismos actos, cometidos en relación con una declaración de aduanas, un documento que certifique el pago de un impuesto o cualquier otro documento oficial especialmente importante, o cuando ello causare grandes daños a los intereses del Estado, se castigarán con una pena de prisión no menor de tres ni mayor de seis años o con el pago de una multa y la privación del derecho a ocupar determinados cargos, a trabajar en determinados puestos o a realizar determinadas actividades durante un período no mayor de cinco años.

Lorsque ces actes sont commis sur une déclaration en douane, un document attestant le paiement d’une taxe ou d’un impôt ou tout autre document officiel particulièrement important ou qu’ils ont porté gravement atteinte aux intérêts de l’État, ils sont punis d’une peine d’emprisonnement de 3 à 6 ans ou d’une amende assortie de la déchéance du droit d’occuper certains postes, d’assumer certaines fonctions ou d’exercer certaines activités pendant 5 ans au maximum.
