We have a great deficit, which is caused bye an export bias, i. e. our neighbor to the north, and this is not a bad thing, I am not saying that this has to change, big time if we can sell more to the US; what I mean is that our economies in Mexico and Central America have become almost totally dependent on the cycles, the demands and the economic need of the US.

Tenemos un gran déficit, y ese gran déficit obedece a que tenemos un sesgo exportador que es nuestro vecino del norte, y está bien, no decimos que haya que cambiar nada de eso, en buena hora si podemos vender más a Estados Unidos, pero quiero decir, nuestras economías de América Central y de México se han convertido prácticamente absolutamente dependientes de los ciclos, de las demandas, de las necesidades económicas de los Estados Unidos.
