The intention of the exercise was to manage the time as best as they could, while keeping their eyes on the objective, which was to reach an agreement on as many proposals as possible, if not all, and that even though it may not be possible to reach an agreement, at least to have intensive discussions on all the issues.

Le but de l’exercice est de permettre aux coordonnateurs régionaux de gérer le temps au mieux, tout en gardant à l’esprit l’objectif à atteindre, à savoir parvenir à un accord sur le plus grand nombre possible de propositions, voire la totalité, et dans l’impossibilité de parvenir à un accord, de procéder au , moins à des débats approfondis sur toutes les questions.
