উত্তর সাইপ্রাসের নারী দ্বারা মূলতঃ উত্তর সাইপ্রাসের তার্কিশ রিপাবলিকে বসবাসকারী নারীদের এবং বিজ্ঞান, আইন ও বিচারব্যবস্থায় তাদের অংশগ্রহণকে বোঝায়। উল্লেখ্য, উত্তর সাইপ্রাসের তুর্কি রিপাবলিক এখনো আন্তর্জাতিকভাবে স্বীকৃত পায় নি। অবশ্য বিভিন্ন সমীক্ষা ইনুসারে, এই অঞ্চলের নারীদের মাঝে রাজনীতিতে অংশ নেয়ার হার তুলনামুলক ভাবে কম এবং সংসদে মাত্র আট শতাংশ নারী সদস্য রয়েছে। ২০১৩ সালে উত্তর সাইপ্রাসের প্রথম নারী পধানমন্ত্রী হিসেবে সিবেল সিবার নির্বাচিত হন।

The women in Northern Cyprus are inhabitants of the internationally unrecognised Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, where they have been contributors to the fields of science, law and justice. However, several factors have inhibited women's participation in politics, and women constitute only 8% of the Assembly of the Republic. In 2013, Sibel Siber became the first female prime minister of Northern Cyprus.
