Among the results it can be highlighted that 25% of the food sold in the street and 7.5% of the permanent food expenditures (fried sausage, fruit salads, yogurt with cereal, stuffed corn pancake and shish kebab) were positive for Salmonella spp.

Dentro de los resultados, se destaca que el 25% de los alimentos ambulantes y el 7,5% de los alimentos de venta establecida (chorizo frito, ensaladas de frutas, yogurth con cereal, arepa rellena y pincho de carne) fueron positivos para Salmonella spp.
