Mr. Osvaldo Navas, ISC member who came from Ecuador especially for this occasion represented the Interamerican Scout Committee. Acting Regional Director Mr. Gabriel Oldenburg Arraiz addressed the audience on behalf of the World Scout Bureau-Interamerican Region. He gave words of congratulations to all those in attendance, celebrated with joy that the volunteers were recognized for their efforts and achievements, and invited everybody to work for the ongoing strengthening of the association all over the country.

El Comité Scout Interamericano y la Oficina Scout Mundial – Región Interamericana se hicieron presentes a través de sus representantes Sr. Oswaldo Navas, miembro del CSI quien vino desde Ecuador para la ocasión, y Gabriel Oldenburg Arraiz, Director Regional Interino, quien dirigió palabras de felicitación a todos los presentes, celebró que se rindiera homenaje a los voluntarios que dan o han dado sus esfuerzos y logros, e invitó a todos a trabajar por el fortalecimiento constante de la asociación en todo el país.
