Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Dispersionspulvern mittels Sprühtrocknung von wässrigen Polymerdispersionen und Zugabe von Antiblockmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in agglomerierter Form vorliegende Antiblockmittel mit einer Teilchengröße von 10 μm bis 250 μm, oder mit einer Teilchengröße von 5 mm bis 5 cm im Falle von Agglomeraten in Form von Extrudaten, ganz oder teilweise mittels eines Fördergases in die Sprühtrocknung zugeführt werden und auf eine Teilchengröße von 0,01 μm bis 5 μm, oder im Falle von Extrudaten auf eine Teilchengröße von 2 μm bis 60 μm, zerkleinert werden.
