وبموجب مذكرة تفاهم مع مكتب الممثل الخاص المشترك في الجمهورية العربية السورية، شمل الدعم الذي تقدمه القوة إلى مكتب الممثل الخاص توفير المعدات والخدمات وتيسير التخليص الجمركي عن طريق مكتب القوة في بيروت؛ وإدارة عمليات التعيين المحلي وتيسيرها، بما في ذلك إصدار العقود وتوفير التدريب.

Through a memorandum of understanding with the Office of the Joint Special Representative in Syria (OJSRS), UNIFIL support to OJSRS covered delivery of equipment/services; facilitation of custom clearance through the UNIFIL Beirut Office; administration and facilitation of the local recruitment process including issuance of contracts and provision of training.

A través de un memorando de entendimiento con la Oficina del Representante Especial Conjunto para Siria, el apoyo de la FPNUL a dicha Oficina abarcó la entrega de equipo y la prestación de servicios; la facilitación del despacho de aduanas mediante la Oficina de la FPNUL en Beirut; la administración y facilitación del proceso de contratación local incluida la tramitación de contratos y el suministro de capacitación.

Au moyen d’un mémorandum d’accord avec le Bureau du Représentant spécial conjoint de l’Organisation des Nations Unies et de la Ligue des États arabes pour la Syrie, l’appui apporté par la FINUL au Bureau a pris les formes suivantes : livraison de matériel et prestation de services; facilitation du dédouanement par l’entremise du Bureau de la FINUL à Beyrouth; administration et facilitation de la procédure de recrutement local, y compris la délivrance de contrats et la prestation d’une formation.

На основе меморандума о договоренности, подписанного с Канцелярией Совместного специального представителя по Сирии, поддержка, которую ВСООНЛ оказывают Канцелярии, включают поставку оборудования/предоставление услуг, содействие таможенной очистке грузов через Отделение ВСООНЛ в Бейруте, административно-кадровое обслуживание и содействие найму местного персонала, включая подготовку контрактов и обеспечение профессиональной подготовки.
