La ley propone el desarrollo y la normalización de las lenguas originarias en tierras altas y tierras bajas, con la elaboración de vocabularios, criterios de normalización de las lenguas aymara, quechua y guaraní, elaboración de materiales educativos en lenguas originarias, elaboración de diccionarios, etc.; un nuevo sistema curricular del sistema educativo plurinacional, lineamiento general sobre el uso de las lenguas originarias, elaboración de materiales educativos en lenguas como el tsimane y tacana y la definición de alfabetos que completan hasta la fecha # lenguas originarias
