To the best of our knowledge, few cases of Primary intrahepatic rhabdomyosarcoma in adult have been described in the literature. We report a case of embryonal botryoid-type RMS of the liver, occurring in a 25-year-old male patient presenting with a mass in the right lobe of the liver.

Les localisations préférentielles sont la face et le cou.Peu de cas de localisations hépatiques primitives ont été décrites dans la littérature.L’observation rapportée est celle d’un rhabdomyosarcome embryonnaire de type botryoïde primitif du foie, survenant chez un patient de 25 ans de sexe masculin et qui présentait une masse du lobe droit hépatique.
