(i) In accordance with Applicable Law, Air Europa shall be liable for Damage sustained in case of death or wounding of or any other bodily injury suffered by the Passenger, if the accident which caused the Damage so sustained took place on board the aircraft or in the course of any of the operations of embarking and disembarking Passengers, under the Applicable Law, and without prejudice to Air Europa's liability exclusions here below;

(i) De acuerdo con la Ley Aplicable, Air Europa será responsable de los daños sufridos en caso de muerte o heridas o de cualquier otra lesión corporal sufrida por el pasajero si el accidente que causó el daño sufrido se produjo a bordo del avión o durante alguna de las operaciones de embarque y desembarque de los pasajeros, según la Ley Aplicable, y sin perjuicio de las exclusiones de responsabilidad de Air Europa que se indican a continuación;
