The jurisdictional process from the social State of Law acquires a new perspective for it has to orientate itself towards obtaining the goals set by the Constitution in order to ensure the pacific coexistence and the validity of a just order.

El proceso jurisdiccional desde el Estado social de derecho adquiere una nueva perspectiva, toda vez que debe orientarse hacia la consecución de los fines que traza la Constitución, de asegurar la convivencia pacífica y la vigencia de un orden justo.
