The results of this research is to show the effectiveness of the implementation of the processes of strategic thinking in the process of new product innovation in the agro-industrial companies such as processors of meat beef, chicken, fish and fruits and vegetables in the Department of Tolima, taking data bases of the Chambers of Commerce of the region and the International Standard Industrial Classification - ISIC informational support.

Con los resultados de esta investigación se pretende mostrar la efectividad de la aplicación de los procesos de pensamiento estratégico en los procesos de innovación de nuevos productos en las empresas agroindustriales, tales como procesadoras de carne de bovino, pollo, pescado y frutas y verduras en el departamento del Tolima, teniendo como soporte informativo las bases de datos de las Cámaras de Comercio de la región y la Clasificación Industrial Internacional Uniforme - CIIU.
