وحذر تقرير المنتدى الدائم المعني بقضايا الشعوب الأصلية عن أعمال دورته الثالثة ( # ) من أن تدهور الظروف الصحية في مجتمعات الشعوب الأصلية ناجم عن عدم كفاية فرص الحصول على الخدمات الصحية ومحدوديتها، ونقص النهج الملائمة للرعاية الصحية، والافتقار إلى العيادات الخارجية في المناطق النائية، والتدهور المتزايد للظروف البيئية من هواء وماء وفي جودة الأراضي الناتج عن عدم تطبيق الضوابط على التنمية الصناعية

In the report on its third session ( # ), the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues cautioned that health conditions in indigenous communities are deteriorating as a result of inadequate and limited access to health services, lack of culturally appropriate approaches to health care, lack of outreach clinics in remote areas, and deteriorating environmental conditions including air, water and land quality due to unchecked industrial development

Dans le rapport de sa troisième session ( # ), l'Instance permanente sur les questions autochtones a mis en garde contre le fait que les conditions sanitaires des communautés autochtones se détérioraient de manière très inquiétante en raison de l'accès inadéquat et limité aux services de santé, de l'absence de stratégies culturellement acceptables en matière de soins de santé, du manque de dispensaires dans les zones isolées et de la dégradation de la qualité de l'air, de l'eau et des terres due aux activités industrielles non maîtrisées

В докладе о работе своей третьей сессии (Е # Е/С # ) Постоянный форум по вопросам коренных народов предостерег о том, что санитарно-гигиенические условия общин коренных народов ухудшаются в результате недостаточного и ограниченного доступа к услугам здравоохранения, отсутствия надлежащих с точки зрения традиционной культуры подходов к оказанию медицинской помощи, отсутствия лечебных учреждений в отдаленных районах и ухудшения качества окружающей среды, в том числе воздуха, воды и почв, как следствие бесконтрольного промышленного развития
