The invention relates to a working medium, comprising at least one refrigerant, at least one monohydric aliphatic alcohol having 6 to 10 carbon atoms, and at least one ionic liquid made of at least one organic cation and at least one anion, wherein said working medium exhibits improved efficiency COP in an absorption heat pump as compared to working media containing no alcohol having 6 to 10 carbon atoms.

L'invention concerne un fluide de travail contenant au moins un fluide frigorigène, au moins un alcool aliphatique monovalent comportant 6 à 10 atomes de carbone, et au moins un liquide ionique constitué d'au moins un cation organique et d'au moins un anion. Par rapport aux fluides de travail ne contenant pas d'alcool comportant 6 à 10 atomes de carbone, le fluide de travail selon l'invention présente, dans une pompe à chaleur à absorption, un coefficient de performance (COP) amélioré.
