The present invention relates to a train network data communication system using a power line and a method thereof and comprises: a Train Control Management System (TCMS) control unit for transmitting a control command through a PLC adapter and a power line using an FSK communication method for low-speed PLC power line data communication and transmitting and receiving data through the power line communication; the PLC adapter which is connected to the TCMS control unit and transmits and receives the control command and the data through the power line; a sensor which is connected to the PLC adapter and provides train information input/output signals of train system information and HVAC and the like; and a TCMS interface unit which is connected through the power line to the PLC adapter connected to the TCMS control unit.

본 발명은 전력선을 이용한 열차 네트워크 데이타 통신 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 저속 PLC 전력선 데이터 통신을 위해 FSK 통신 방식을 이용하여 PLC 어댑터와 전력선으로 제어 명령을 전송하고, 전력선 통신으로 데이터를 주고받는 기능을 제공하는 TCMS 제어부; 상기 TCMS 제어부와 연결되고 전력선(Power Line)을 통해 제어 명령과 데이터를 송수신하는 PLC 어댑터; 상기 PLC 어댑터와 연결되고, HVAC 등의 열차 시스템 정보 등의 열차 정보 입출력 신호를 제공하는 센서; 및 상기 TCMS 제어부와 연결된 상기 PLC 어댑터와 전력선으로 연결되는 TCMS 인터페이스부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
