In the light of river-basin and regional water-resource carrying capacities, China has implemented a series of water-resource allocation projects, such as the first-phase eastern and central routes of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project, and the Gansu Yintao project; accelerated the formation of a comprehensive water-resources allocation framework at the national level; and raised the overall carrying capacity of China’s water resources, thereby relieving the conflict between supply and demand in the water-deficient areas of northern China.

Eu égard aux capacités de charge des bassins hydrographiques et des ressources en eau régionales, la Chine a exécuté une série de projets de répartition des ressources, comme la première phase des routes orientale et centrale du Projet de transfert d’eau du sud au nord, le Projet de dérivation du fleuve Jaune à Wanjiazhai (Shanxi) et le Projet Yintao Gansu, a accéléré la définition d’un cadre national d’allocation des ressources en eau, et a élevé la capacité de charge générale de ses ressources hydriques, réduisant ainsi l’écart entre l’offre et la demande dans les zones du nord du pays qui manquent d’eau.

Первое: с учетом пропускной способности водохозяйственных систем речных бассейнов и регионов в Китае осуществляется программа переброса на север южных рек по восточному и центральному маршруту: вод реки Хуанхэ в провинцию Шаньси, вод реки Тао в провинцию Ганьсу и ряд других водохозяйственных проектов, ускоренными темпами формируется единая государственная система распределения водных ресурсов, растет общая пропускная способность водохозяйственных систем Китая, снижаются диспропорции между спросом и потреблением в сфере водных ресурсов в вододефицитной северной части страны.
