ليس لدي الكثير من الأفكار النيّرة، لكننا، كما قلت أمس، نعتقد أنه لا يزال من المفيد محاولا المضي في السعي إلى تحقيق توافق في الآراء بشأن البنود الموضوعية هذا العام، بهدف التأهب لإجراء مناقشة موضوعية الأسبوع المقبل، في حال تسنى لنا ذلك، وإما استعدادا للسنة المقبلة.

I do not have too many bright new ideas, but, as I said yesterday, we believe it would still be useful to try to continue with the objective of reaching consensus on substantive items this year, with a view to being prepared, either if we are successful for a start to a substantive discussion next week or, indeed, to be ready for next year.
