يعني التعبير "الاشتراء المنطوي على معلومات سرّية" الاشتراء الذي يجوز فيه، بمقتضى اللوائح التنظيمية للاشتراء أو غيرها من أحكام قانون هذه الدولة، أن يُؤذن للجهة المشترية بأن تتخذ تدابير وتفرض اشتراطات من أجل حماية المعلومات السرّية؛

“Procurement involving classified information” means procurement in which the procuring entity may be authorized by the procurement regulations or by other provisions of law of this State to take measures and impose requirements for the protection of classified information;

Por “adjudicación de contratos con información reservada” se entenderá toda adjudicación de un contrato respecto del cual quepa autorizar a la entidad adjudicadora, a tenor del reglamento de la contratación pública u otra norma aplicable de este Estado, a adoptar medidas especiales y a imponer requisitos especiales para amparar la información que se tenga por reservada;
