The analysis of the DNA sequences obtained from the DGGE bands revealed the predominance of the Proteobacteria, Firmicutes and Bacteroidetes phyla, including five genera (Ralstonia, Burkholderia, Bacillus sp., Enterobacter sp., Myroides sp.) and one group of uncultured bacteria. Bacillus was the most dominant bacterial group in all of the samples analyzed.

El análisis de las secuencias del ADN obtenido de las bandas del DGGE reveló el predominio de los fila Proteobacteria, Firmicutes y Bacteroidetes, incluyendo cinco géneros (Ralstonia, Burkholderia, Bacillus sp.,Enterobacter sp. y Myroides sp.) y un grupo de bacterias no cultivadas hasta el momento, siendo Bacillus el grupo dominante en todas las muestras analizadas.
