يدعو برامج الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية التي تهمها سلامة نقل البضائع الخطرة أو تسهيل النقل، أو الآثار السلبية لرفض شحنات المواد المشعة، كما يدعو المنظمات غير الحكومية التي تمثل جمعيات شركات النقل، إلى اتخاذ ما تراه مناسبا من تدابير لتسهيل نقل هذه المواد وإيصالها بسرعة ولتعزيز التعاون بهذا الصدد مع الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية؛

Invites United Nations programmes, specialized agencies and other intergovernmental organizations concerned with transport of dangerous goods safety or transport facilitation, or by the negative impact of denials of shipments of radioactive material, as well as non-governmental organizations representing transport associations, to take action, as deemed appropriate, to facilitate the transport and quick delivery of such material and to enhance their cooperation in this respect with the International Atomic Energy Agency;

Invita a los programas de las Naciones Unidas, los organismos especializados y otras organizaciones intergubernamentales que se interesan por la seguridad y la facilitación del transporte de mercaderías peligrosas, o las consecuencias negativas de la denegación de expediciones de materiales radiactivos, así como a las organizaciones no gubernamentales que representan a las asociaciones de transporte, a que adopten las medidas que consideren adecuadas para facilitar el transporte y la rápida entrega de este material y mejorar la cooperación en este sentido con el Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica;
