The method further comprises the steps of transforming the at least one part of the second image (I) by applying the corresponding determined collineation warping function (P), determining a second warping function (A) for registering the transformed at least one part of the second image (Ip) and the at least one part of the first image (T) by means of an image registration method, and registering the at least one part of the second image (I) and first image (T) using the collineation warping function (P) and the second warping function (A).

Le procédé comprend en outre les étapes consistant à transformer ladite au moins une partie de la seconde image (I) en appliquant la fonction de déformation de type collinéation déterminée correspondante (P), à déterminer une seconde fonction de déformation (A) permettant d'enregistrer ladite au moins une partie transformée de la seconde image (Ip) et ladite au moins une partie de la première image (T) selon un procédé d'enregistrement d'images, et à enregistrer ladite au moins une partie de la seconde image (I) et la première image (T) en utilisant la fonction de déformation de type collinéation (P) et la seconde fonction de déformation (A).
