When a child is found guilty of a very serious fault or misbehaviour and does not benefit from the efforts of the teachers through persuasion, the headmaster of the school, in cooperation with the inspector, the educational psychologist of the school and the parents of the child, plans an individual programme and special strategies to help the child.

Lorsqu’un enfant reconnu coupable d’une faute ou de mauvaise conduite grave résiste aux efforts de persuasion des professeurs, le chef d’établissement, en coopération avec l’inspecteur, le psychologue scolaire de l’établissement et les parents de l’enfant, élabore un programme individuel et une stratégie spéciale en vue de lui venir en aide.
