After the approval of its the statute on 27 June 2011, the Committee for the Prevention and Elimination of Racism, Xenophobia, Anti-Semitism and Other Forms of Intolerance (hereinafter referred to as the 'Committee') was set up as a part of the Government Council of the Slovak Republic for Human Rights, National Minorities and Gender Equality, as a permanent expert body of the Council dealing with issues related to racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism, antiziganism, Islamophobia, homophobia, extremism and other forms of intolerance (hereinafter referred to as the 'forms of intolerance').

Tras la aprobación de sus estatutos el 27 de junio de 2011, se creó el Comité para la prevención y eliminación del racismo, la xenofobia, el antisemitismo y otras formas de intolerancia (denominado en lo sucesivo el "Comité"), como parte integrante del Consejo de Gobierno de la República Eslovaca para los Derechos Humanos, las Minorías Nacionales y la Igualdad de Género, en su calidad de órgano permanente de expertos del Consejo para abordar las cuestiones relacionadas con el racismo, la xenofobia, el antisemitismo, los prejuicios contra los romaníes, la islamofobia, la homofobia, el extremismo y otras formas de intolerancia (en adelante las "formas de intolerancia").

Le Comité chargé de la prévention et de l’élimination du racisme, de la xénophobie, de l’antisémitisme et autres formes d’intolérance (ci-après dénommé le «Comité») dont les statuts ont été approuvés le 27 juin 2011, a été rattaché au Conseil du Gouvernement de la République slovaque pour les droits de l’homme, les minorités nationales et l’égalité entre les sexes. Il s’agit d’un organe d’experts permanent du Conseil chargé des questions liées au racisme, à la xénophobie, à l’antisémitisme, à l’antitziganisme, à l’islamophobie, à l’homophobie, à l’extrémisme et à toute autre manifestation d’intolérance (ci-après dénommée «manifestation d’intolérance»).

После утверждения 27 июня 2011 года устава Комитета по предупреждению и ликвидации расизма, ксенофобии, антисемитизма и других форм нетерпимости (далее – "Комитет") этот орган был учрежден при правительственном Совете Словацкой Республики по правам человека, национальным меньшинствам и гендерному равенству в качестве постоянного форума экспертов по вопросам, касающимся расизма, ксенофобии, антисемитизма, вражды к цыганам, исламофобии, гомофобии, экстремизма и других форм нетерпимости (далее – "формы нетерпимости").
