測定データと前記測定データを測定した位置の位置データとが対応付けて記録されたデータファイルDLを示すアイコン9を1又は複数表示するとともに、地図13を表示するためのウィンドウ10を表示する画面3と、前記画面の表示を制御する表示制御部2bと、を設け、前記表示制御部2bが、前記アイコン9を前記ウィンドウ10上に移動させた際に、前記測定データの値に応じて予め定めてある所定態様のシンボルを、該測定データに対応する位置データが示す地図12上の位置に表示させるようにして、任意の場所で測定した測定データを、簡単な画面操作のみで、測定を行った場所に対応する地図上の位置に、かつ、測定を行った時刻毎に表示できるようにした。
