During the period 1997-1999, IAPL organized three inter-sessional meetings of the Preparatory Committee on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court (29 May-4 June and 16-22 November 1997 and 22-26 June 1999), in cooperation with the Office of Legal Affairs of the United Nations.
