Forecasting levels of pollution attributable to man-made accidents in which pollutants are released into the environment is the job of the Federal Information and Analysis Centre for the provision of current information and forecasts with respect to emergencies involving accidental environmental pollution, a body subordinate to Rosgidromet. The Centre makes use of current and anticipated hydrometeorological parameters that determine the dispersion and behaviour of pollutants in the environment

Les pronostics de pollution en cas d'accident d'origine technique provoquant un rejet de polluants dans l'environnement sont réalisés par le Centre fédéral d'analyse des informations de Roshydromet, chargé de fournir rapidement des prévisions dans les situations d'urgence provoquées par une pollution accidentelle de l'environnement en se fondant sur les paramètres hydrométéorologiques relevés au moment de l'incident et leur évolution prévisible, qui permettent d'anticiper la diffusion et le comportement des polluants dans l'environnement

Задачи по прогнозированию загрязнения окружающей среды при техногенных авариях с поступлением загрязняющих веществ в окружающую среду, решаются Федеральным информационно-аналитическим центром по обеспечению оперативной и прогностической информацией в чрезвычайных ситуациях, связанных с аварийным загрязнением окружающей среды Росгидромета (ФИАЦ) с использованием текущих и ожидаемых (прогностических) гидрометеорологических параметров, определяющих распространение и поведение загрязняющих веществ в окружающей среде
