Pak jsme již bez váháni vtrhli do auly univerzitní menzy, kde soutěžní vzorky ve vojensky vyrovnaných řadách, od vítězů k poraženým, netrpělivě vyhlížely natěšené degustátory z řad široké veřejnosti. Zatížen čestným úkolem degustovat i za abstinujícího řidiče, jal jsem se zodpovědně posuzovat vína, zvýhodněn časným příchodem do sálu. Během krátké doby totiž koncentrace návštěvníků prudce vzrostla a transport naplněné sklenky od stolů se vzorky na místo, kde by bylo možné se zhluboka nadechnout a otočit na podpatku, se stal téměř eskamotérským kouskem.
