ويقترح الاتحاد الروسي إدخال التعديل التالي على الاتفاقية: في نهاية الفقرة 2(و) من المادة 4 تضاف جملة بعد العبارة "بموافقة الطرف المعني" ونصها: "ويُجرى على أساس دوري استعراض آخر لتعديلات القوائم الواردة في المرفقين الأول والثاني وفق ما يحدده مؤتمر الأطراف، وذلك إلى أن يتحقق هدف الاتفاقية".

The Russian Federation proposes to make the following amendment to the Convention: in article 4, paragraph 2 (f), after the words “with the approval of the Party concerned”, to insert the sentence “A further review of amendments to the lists in annexes I and II shall be conducted on a periodic basis, as determined by the Conference of the Parties, until the objective of the Convention has been achieved.”

La Federación de Rusia propone introducir la siguiente enmienda: en el artículo 4, párrafo 2 f) de la Convención, después de las palabras "con aprobación de la Parte interesada", añádase la frase: "Ulteriormente se considerará la enmienda de las listas de los anexos I y II con la periodicidad que determine la Conferencia de las Partes, hasta que se logre el objetivo de la Convención".

La Fédération de Russie propose de modifier la Convention comme suit: à l’alinéa f du paragraphe 2 de l’article 4, après le membre de phrase «... avec l’accord de la Partie intéressée», ajouter la phrase: «Par la suite, les modifications à apporter aux listes figurant aux annexes I et II seront examinées régulièrement selon une périodicité définie par la Conférence des Parties, jusqu’à ce que l’objectif de la Convention soit atteint».

Российская Федерация предлагает внести следующую поправку к Конвенции: подпункт f) пункта 2 статьи 4 после слов "...с согласия заинтересованной Стороны" дополнить новым предложением: "Далее рассмотрение поправок к спискам в приложениях I и II проводится с регулярной периодичностью, определяемой Конференцией Сторон, до тех пор, пока не будет достигнута цель Конвенции".
