تعترف بالنشاط الذي قامت به منظمة البرلمانيين الدولية المسماة “البرلمانيون العالميون المعنيون بالموئل” ودورها الدائم والهام في تنفيذ أحكام جدول أعمال الموئل عن طريق صياغة واعتماد التشريعات والسياسات الملائمة وذلك بغية وضع تنفيذ الأنشطة في ميدان المستوطنات البشرية وضع في الاستراتيجيات الوطنية، وتشجع المنظمة على المساهمة بنشاط في العملية التحضيرية للدورة الاستثنائية.

Acknowledges the activity carried out by the interparliamentary organization Global Parliamentarians on Habitat and its permanent and important role in implementing the provisions of the Habitat Agenda through the formulation and adoption of adequate legislation and policies in order to shape national strategies and carry out activities in the field of human settlements, and encourages the organization to contribute actively to the preparatory process for the special session.

Reconoce la labor realizada por la organización interparlamentaria Grupo de Parlamentarios Mundiales para el Hábitat y el papel constante e importante que desempeña en la aplicación de las disposiciones del Programa de Hábitat mediante la elaboración y adopción de legislación y políticas adecuadas con miras a formular estrategias nacionales y llevar a cabo actividades en la esfera de los asentamientos humanos, y alienta a la organización a que contribuya en forma activa al proceso preparatorio del período extraordinario de sesiones.
