Korea and Venezuela, since they established diplomatic relations in 1965, have come increasing and narrowing their political, economic and cultural relations, which has allowed that both countries have a frame in basic agreements, like the Cultural Agreement (1993), the Agreement of Scientific and Technological Cooperation (1995) and the Memorandum of Understanding on Consultations of High Political Level (1997).
