وأحاطت اللجنة علماً بالمعلومات التي قدَّمتها الدول بشأن ممارساتها الوطنية المتعلقة بالفوائد العرضية لتكنولوجيا الفضاء، التي أفضت إلى اعتماد استراتيجيات لإدارة التنمية الاقتصادية الإقليمية، وكذلك إلى ظهور ابتكارات مفيدة للمجتمع المدني في العديد من المجالات العلمية والعملية، ومنها الطب والبيولوجيا والكيمياء وعلم الفلك، والزراعة، والجيولوجيا، ورسم الخرائط، والطيران، والنقل البري والبحري، وتخطيط استغلال الأراضي من أجل التنمية الحضرية والريفية، والتشغيل الآلي، ومكافحة الحرائق، وتطوير معدات وبرامجيات لمعالجة البيانات، والتعدين، وحماية الطبيعة، وإنتاج الطاقة ونقلها.

The Committee took note of the information provided by States on their national practices regarding spin-offs of space technology that had resulted in the introduction of strategies for the management of regional economic development, as well as useful innovations in numerous scientific and practical areas of civil society, such as medicine, biology, chemistry, astronomy, agriculture, geology, cartography, aviation, land and marine transport, land use planning for urban and rural development, robotics, firefighting, the development of data processing hardware and software, mining, the protection of nature and the production and transportation of energy.

La Comisión tomó nota de la información facilitada por los Estados sobre sus prácticas nacionales relativas a los beneficios derivados de la tecnología espacial, que habían dado lugar a la introducción de estrategias de gestión del desarrollo económico regional, y a innovaciones útiles en numerosas esferas de actividad científicas y prácticas de la sociedad civil, como la medicina, la biología, la química, la astronomía, la agricultura, la geología, la cartografía, la aviación, el transporte terrestre y marítimo, la planificación de la utilización del suelo para el desarrollo urbano y rural, la robótica, la lucha contra los incendios, la creación de equipo físico y programas informáticos para el tratamiento de datos, la minería, la protección de la naturaleza y la generación y el transporte de energía.

Le Comité a pris note des informations communiquées par les États concernant les pratiques nationales en matière de retombées bénéfiques des techniques spatiales ayant entraîné des stratégies de gestion du développement économique régional, ainsi que des innovations utiles dans divers domaines scientifiques et pratiques de la société civile, comme la médecine, la biologie, la chimie, l’astronomie, l’agriculture, la géologie, la cartographie, l’aviation, les transports terrestres et maritimes, l’aménagement du territoire aux fins du développement urbain et rural, la robotique, la lutte contre l’incendie, le développement de matériel informatique et de logiciel de traitement des données, l’extraction minière, la protection de la nature et la production et le transport d’énergie.

Комитет принял к сведению представленную государствами информацию об опыте использования побочных выгод космических технологий при реализации стратегий управления региональным экономическим развитием и внедрении полезных новшеств в различных сферах научной и практической деятельности общества, таких как медицина, биология, химия, астрономия, сельское хозяйство, геология, картография, авиация, наземные и морские перевозки, планирование развития территорий городских и сельских поселений, роботостроение, борьба с пожарами, разработка технических и программных средств обработки данных, добыча полезных ископаемых, охрана природы, производство и передача электроэнергии.
