وتوصي الورقة المشتركة 2 حكومة جزر مارشال بأن تضع الصيغة النهائية لبروتوكول مقدمي الإسعاف الأوائل وتنفذه من أجل معالجة مسألة العنف ضد النساء والفتيات بطريقة فعالة؛ وتخصص ميزانية للوزارات المحددة لتنفيذ قانون العنف المنزلي، والأهم من ذلك، أن تتيح جمع البيانات وتحليلها ونشرها باعتبارها عنصراً أساسياً لقياس التقدم المحرز في مبادرات مكافحة العنف؛ وتضع استراتيجيات فعالة للوزارات من أجل تنفيذ القانون بفعالية(14).

JS2 recommended that the Government of RMI finalize and implement the First Responders Protocol to effectively address violence against women and girls; allocate a budget for the specific Ministries to implement the DV Act and most importantly allow collection, analysis and dissemination of data as an essential component for measuring the progress of anti-violence initiatives; and develop effective strategies for the Ministries to effectively implement the Act.

En la JS2 se recomendó que el Gobierno ultimase y aplicase el Protocolo de Respuesta Inicial para combatir efectivamente la violencia contra las mujeres y las niñas; asignase un presupuesto a los ministerios a los que competía aplicar la Ley contra la Violencia Doméstica y, sobre todo, dispusiese la reunión, análisis y difusión de datos como elemento imprescindible para medir el resultado de las iniciativas de lucha contra la violencia; y trazase estrategias eficaces para que los ministerios pudiesen aplicar correctamente la Ley .
