Som foelge af Domstolens seneste retspraksis vedroerende kontrakter som midlertidigt ansatte og hjaelpeansatte har administrationen undersoegt mulighederne for at anerkende visse (tidligere) kontrakter som hjaelpeansatte som svarende til en kontrakt som midlertidigt ansat (Domstolens dom af 23.2.1983, forenede sager 225/81 og 242/81, Toledano Laredo m.fl. mod Kommissionen, Sml. s. 347).

Nach der jüngsten Rechtsprechung des Gerichtshofs über den Rechtscharakter der Verträge von Bediensteten auf Zeit und Hilfskräften hat die Verwaltung geprüft, ob gewisse (frühere) Hilfskraftverträge als Verträge von Bediensteten auf Zeit anerkannt werden können (Urteil des Gerichtshofes vom 23. Following the recent decision of the Court of Justice on the nature of temporary staff and auxiliary staff contracts, the Administration has examined the possibility of recognizing certain (former) auxiliary staff contracts as having the status of a temporary staff contract (judgment of the Court in Joined Cases 225/81 and 241/81 Toledano Laredo and Garilli v Commission [1983] ECR 347).
