Dieses Schema hat den „Zweck“ (Finalursache) einer Schöpfung stets an eine vorgängige, souveräne, dem Kausalzusammenhang der Welt enthobene und ihn begründende erste Realität gebunden, an eine jeder Möglichkeit ontologisch überlegene Wirklichkeit, deren Prototyp der aristotelische „unbewegte Beweger“ abgibt: Demiurg, Erstursache und Schöpfer der Welt [14] , den sich die christlich-scholastische Theologie in ihrem Begriff von Gott als „actus purus“ anverwandeln sollte.

This schema perpetually tied the “purpose” or “end” (final cause) of a creation to a primary, sovereign primal reality removed from the causal connection of the world and grounding this purpose, to a reality ontologically superior to every possibility, the prototype of which is found in the Aristotelian “unmoved mover”: demiurge, prime cause and creator of the world [13] , which Christian scholastic theology was to adapt as the “actus purus”.

Este esquema ha vinculado siempre el «fin» (la causa final) de una creación a una realidad primera previa, soberana, dispensada del vínculo causal del mundo y fundamento de éste, a una realidad ontológicamente superior a cualquier posibilidad, cuyo prototipo emana del «motor inmóvil» aristotélico: demiurgo, origen primero y creador del mundo [13] al que la teología cristiano-escolástica convertiría en su concepto de Dios como actus purus.
