A method for extracting fat-soluble components from microbial cells containing these components, which comprises disrupting and molding the cells in a dry state with an extruder, in particular, a twin-screw extruder and then extracting the above components therefrom with the use of organic solvents.

Cette invention se rapporte à un procédé d'extraction de composants liposolubles à partir de cellules bactériennes contenant ces composants. Ledit procédé consiste à rompre les cellules et à les mouler à l'état sec au moyen d'une extrudeuse, notamment d'une extrudeuse à double vis sans fin, et à extraire lesdits composants à l'aide de composants organiques.
