وفي حالة إنهاء العقد بسبب نشوب الحرب، يحق للمقاول الحصول على دفعات لقاء "جميع الأعمال المنفذة قبل تاريخ إنهاء العقد وبالنسب والأسعار المنصوص عليها في العقد" (المادة 65 (6)).

In the event of the termination of the contract due to war, the contractor was entitled to payment for “for all work executed prior to the date of termination at the rates and prices provided for in the contract” (clause 65(6)).
