Subject to verification by the National Directorate of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Industry, Trade, Integration and Fisheries and a decision by the Special Commission that the grounds for establishing anti-dumping or countervailing duties have been modified or ceased, the Minister for Finance and Public Credit, shall by a decision, suspend their application or reduce them to the equivalent of the new margin of the practice.

Previa verificación de la Dirección Nacional de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Industrias, Comercio, Integración y Pesca y el pronunciamiento de la Comisión Especial respecto a la modificación o cese de las causas que motivaron el establecimiento de derechos antidumping o compensatorios, el Ministro de Finanzas y Crédito Público, mediante acuerdo suspenderá su aplicación o los reducirá al equivalente del nuevo margen de la práctica.
