According to the present invention, an apparatus for inspecting an LED component comprises: a light source unit for emitting light on the surface of the LED component; a lens unit for condensing the light emitted from the light source unit onto the surface of the LED component; a diffraction grating unit for separating light reflected from the surface of the LED component, according to each wavelength; a light sensing unit for sensing light separated according to each wavelength by the diffraction grating unit; a height measuring unit for calculating the height of the component according to the intensity of the light according to each wavelength sensed by the light sensing unit; a condition determining unit for determining whether the component is satisfactory or defective on the basis of the measured results from the height measuring unit; and a control unit for controlling the elements.

본 발명에 따른 엘이디 부품의 검사장치는 엘이디 부품의 표면에 광을 출사하는 광원부와, 상기 광원부로부터 출사된 광을 엘이디 부품의 표면에 집광시키기 위한 렌즈부와, 상기 엘이디 부품의 표면으로부터 반사된 광을 파장별로 분할하기 위한 회절격자부와, 상기 회절격자부에 의해 분할된 파장별 광을 감지하기 위한 광감지부와, 상기 광감지부에 의해 감지된 파장별 광의 강도에 따라 상기 부품의 높이를 계산하는 높이측정부와, 상기 높이측정부의 측정 결과로부터 부품의 양호 불량을 판단하기 위한 양불량판단부와, 상기 구성들을 제어하기 위한 제어부를 포함한다.
