후시미 모모야마 다실(伏見桃山城) 내 한채로, 다테마사무네공이 후시미 영주인 토요토미히데요시(秀吉) 로 부터 명령받은 후 에도로 이축, 거기에 다테마사무네의 아들 타다무에(忠宗) 가 여기로 옮긴 다실. 역대의 영주들이 납량이나 관월로 이용하였습니다. 마츠시마의 경관을 바라보면서 말차를 마시면 시간의 흐름을 느낄 수 있을 것입니다.(현 중요문화재)
