If the government will not hold a binding referendum at the time of the next federal election, I believe we should hold a true free vote in the House of Commons where all MPs can vote the views of their constituents rather than those of their political bosses or their own personal beliefs

Si le gouvernement fédéral refuse de tenir un référendum exécutoire aux prochaines élections fédérales, la Chambre des communes devrait tenir un vote libre pour permettre aux députés de voter selon la volonté de leurs électeurs et non pas au gré de leurs patrons politiques ou selon leurs propres convictions personnelles
