Vi har kendskab til, at Kommissionen i juli måned sammen med instituttet for luftforurening fra CNR i Rom tiltrådte GEO-projektet (Global Earth Observation) til overvågning af koncentrationerne af kviksølv i luften ved oprettelse af globale målesteder.

In July the Commission decided to join forces with the Institute for Atmospheric Pollution, attached to the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Rome, on the Global Earth Observations (GEO) project to monitor mercury concentrations in the atmosphere by developing a global network of observation stations.
