وفي حين أن الاستدامة المالية للشرطة الوطنية الأفغانية لا تزال مبعث قلق، فإن ثمة حاجة عاجلة إلى تجديد موارد الصندوق الاستئماني الدولي لدفع رواتب الشرطة، إذ أنه يواجه عجزا باعثا على الانزعاج.
