(5) Die Vorschriften dieses Artikels finden auch Anwendung, wenn die erbetene Rechtshilfe sich erstreckt auf Handlungen, die nur mit einer Geldbuße geahndet werden (Ordnungswidrigkeiten) und das Ersuchen von einer Justizbehörde gestellt wird.

The provisions of this Article shall also apply when the mutual assistance requested concerns acts punishable only by a fine by virtue of being infringements of the rules of law in proceedings brought by the administrative authorities, where the request for assistance was made by a judicial authority.

(5) Amennyiben a jogsegélykérelmet igazságügyi hatóság terjesztette elő, e cikk rendelkezéseit akkor is alkalmazni kell, ha a kért jogsegély olyan cselekményre vonatkozik, amely közigazgatási hatóságok által szabálysértés miatt csak pénzbírsággal büntetendő.

(5) Dispozițiile prezentului articol se aplică, de asemenea, când asistența reciprocă solicitată privește acte sancționabile numai printr-o amendă, fiind considerate încălcări ale reglementărilor legale în acțiuni intentate de autoritățile administrative, dacă cererea de asistență vine de la o autoritate judiciară.
