يعاقب على الاشتراك في أنشطة الجماعة الإرهابية أو الأعمال الإرهابية التي تكون قد ارتكبتها بالسجن لمدة تتراوح بين 6 و 12 سنة مع إمكانية مصادرة الممتلكات.

Participation in the activities of a terrorist group or in acts of terrorism that may be committed by it is punishable by imprisonment for 6 to 12 years, with or without confiscation of property.
