وتشكيل الوظائف هو على النحو التالي: ثلاث وظائف (وظيفة مد-1، ووظيفة ف-3، ووظيفة من المستوى المحلي) في مكتب المدير، ووظيفتان (وظيفة ف-5، ووظيفة ف-4) في وحدة تنسيق وتخطيط البرنامج، وست وظائف (وظيفة ف-5، ووظيفتان ف-4، وثلاث وظائف من المستوى المحلي) في قسم دعم الإدارة، ووظيفة واحدة ( من المستوى المحلي) في قسم دعم البرامج.
