본 발명은 버퍼상태 보고 전송 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로서, 단말 대 단말 통신에 사용되는 무선자원을 효율적으로 할당하기 위하여 제 1 단말이 제 2 단말과의 단말 간 직접 통신을 수행하기 위해서 필요한 버퍼상태보고의 송수신 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 본 발명은 제 1 단말이 제 2 단말과 단말 간 직접 통신을 수행하는 방법에 있어서, 제 2 단말과의 단말 간 직접 통신을 위한 버퍼상태보고(Buffer Status Report, BSR)가 트리거 되는 단계와 버퍼상태보고를 기지국 또는 무선자원할당 개체로 전송하는 단계 및 기지국 또는 무선자원할당 개체로부터 제 2 단말과의 단말 간 직접 통신을 위한 무선 자원 할당 정보를 수신하는 단계를 포함하는 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
