بالنسبة إلى الحرب ضد الإرهاب، تضع الحكومة في اعتبارها الشكل الخاص والمعقد للغاية الذي تتسم به أراضي غينيا الاستوائية المشكلة من قطعة منفصلة من اليابسة وعدة جزر، إلى جانب موقع البلد الجغرافي والاستراتيجي على خليج غينيا، الأمر الذي يتيح لجميع تلك الأجزاء البحرية والبرية مزايا تمكنها من ضبط أي أنشطة إرهابية محتملة داخل البلد ومراقبتها والسيطرة عليها، فضلا عن كفالة حماية جميع المصالح الوطنية والأجنبية

In relation to combating terrorism, the Government bears in mind the particular and very complex territorial configuration of Equatorial Guinea, with its division into a continental part and a number of islands, as well as the country's geographical and geostrategic location in the Gulf of Guinea, as a result of which all these parts of the maritime and continental national territory need to be provided with mechanisms capable of detecting and monitoring possible terrorist activities in the country, as well as of ensuring protection of all national and foreign interests

En materia de lucha contra el terrorismo, el Gobierno tiene en consideración la particular y muy compleja configuración territorial de Guinea Ecuatorial formada por el desmembramiento de una zona continental y varias islas, así como la ubicación geográfica y geoestratégica del país en el Golfo de Guinea, lo que requiere dotar a todas estas partes del territorio nacional marítimo y continental de unos dispositivos que permitan detectar, vigilar y controlar eventuales actividades terroristas en el país, así como asegurar la protección de todos los intereses nacionales y extranjeros

En matière de lutte antiterroriste, le Gouvernement tient compte de la configuration très complexe et particulière du pays, territoire morcelé composé d'une zone continentale et de plusieurs îles, ainsi que de son emplacement géographique et géostratégique dans le golfe de Guinée. Cette conformation suppose de doter toutes les parties maritimes et continentales du territoire national de mécanismes qui leur permettent de détecter, de surveiller et de contrôler d'éventuelles activités terroristes dans le pays, ainsi que d'assurer la protection de tous les intérêts, nationaux et étrangers

В связи с борьбой с терроризмом правительство учитывает особый и весьма сложный характер территории Экваториальной Гвинеи, состоящей из континентальной части и различных удаленных от континента островов, а также географическое и геостратегическое положение страны в Гвинейском заливе, в связи с чем всем районам национальной морской и континентальной территории необходимо предоставить ресурсы, которые позволили бы выявлять возможную террористическую деятельность в стране, следить за ней и контролировать ее, а также обеспечивать защиту всех национальных и иностранных интересов
