Many of the ideas here have been touched on elsewhere: having a local presence, ensuring a regional liaison function at the center, having a representative on the Board of Governors to ensure ‘strategic voice’, supporting communities of practice nationally, supporting the Heads of Learning Forum (departmental heads of learning events), using technology strategically to have an interactive website, a ‘broadcast news’ component, a newsletter highlighting regional activities and initiatives, having an electronic inventory of common learning needs and the strategies to address them, having a message board that allows commentary on the efficacy of learning initiatives; having common branding to ensure recognition.

Bon nombre des idées présentées ici ont déjà été abordées ailleurs : une présence locale, une fonction de liaison régionale au centre, un représentant au Conseil d’administration pour assurer une « voix stratégique », le soutien des communautés de pratique à l’échelle nationale, le soutien du Forum des chefs d'apprentissage (gestionnaires ministériels des événements d’apprentissage), un usage stratégique de la technologie permettant de disposer d’un site Internet interactif, une composante « télé-journal », un bulletin soulignant les activités et les initiatives régionales, un inventaire électronique des besoins d’apprentissage communs et des stratégies pour y répondre, un babillard électronique permettant d’afficher les commentaires sur l’efficacité des initiatives d’apprentissage, des marques communes pour assurer la reconnaissance.
