This points to the opportunity to investigating the feasibility of setting up a common European business register, and preferably as well a set of unique business identifiers, to be shared and used by a multitude of entities: at least the national statistical institutes (NSIs), the national central banks (NCBs), Eurostat, the European Central Bank (ECB) and reporting agents, but possibly also credit registers, other regulatory authorities, Chambers of Commerce, tax authorities, etc.

Par conséquent, il y a lieu d’envisager s’il serait réalisable de créer un répertoire européen commun d’entreprises ainsi que, si possible, un ensemble d’identificateurs uniques des entreprises, qui seront partagés et utilisés par diverses entités, tout au moins par les instituts nationaux de statistique (INS), les banques centrales nationales (BCN), Eurostat, la Banque centrale européenne (BCE) et les agents déclarants, mais aussi, éventuellement, par les gestionnaires des registres de crédit, d’autres autorités chargées de la réglementation, les chambres de commerce, les autorités fiscales, etc.

Это открывает возможность для изучения вопроса о реальности создания общего Европейского коммерческого регистра и, желательно, принятия набора единых коммерческих идентификаторов с целью их совместного использования большим числом заинтересованных сторон: как минимум, национальными статистическими институтами (НСИ), национальными центральными банками (НЦБ), Евростатом, Европейским центральным банком (ЕЦБ) и отчитывающимися субъектами, а также, возможно, кредитными регистрами, другими регулирующими органами, торговыми палатами, налоговыми органами и т.д.
